Hi, I’m Mary (Maz). I teach yoga in the Augusta - Karridale area, and online — to help you feel calmer, stronger, and more aware of your body.
My classes focus on breathing, body awareness, and safe, accessible movement to reduce stress and help prevent injury. They’re beginner–intermediate level, trauma-informed, and taught in simple, friendly language, with plenty of options for your body.
If you’re feeling stressed, tense, or unsure how to move safely, this approach helps you calm your nervous system and rebuild confidence in your body.

What if just a few simple yoga tools could help you unwind, sleep more deeply, and feel like yourself again?
This self-paced course includes gentle routines, pose breakdowns with options for your body, and an introduction to calming breathwork and other yoga tools — perfect for beginners or anyone wanting more ease and better sleep.

Self-Care Sundays are a regular 90-minute in-person yoga class, held every second Sunday in Augusta, created for women who value time to slow down, unwind, and take care of themselves.
This is a supportive space to move gently, breathe deeply, and settle your nervous system — so you leave feeling more at ease in your body and calmer in your mind.
